STEP-IT offers Project Management as a separate discipline defining and implementing projects.
Not many organisations fulltime have sufficient projectmanagers on their payroll. STEP-IT supports her customers managing projects for which they need external expertise and capacity.

Project consultants from STEP-IT manage (parts of) projects independently or deliver operational support for project tasks. While doing this, your interest will be our interest, your care our care.

Our project management orders can be related to project initiation as well as directing; to the complete process or to one or more defined stages, tasks or products.
